📦 Shipping Instructions
Please follow these steps to ensure safe and efficient handling of your case:
1️⃣ Impressions and Bites
Place all impressions and bites in the biohazard bag provided and seal it.
2️⃣ RX and Documents

Place the RX and/or any other documents in the separate pocket on the outside of the biohazard bag.

If your biohazard bags do not have outside pockets, please place the paperwork in a separate bag.
3️⃣ Articulator and Face Bow Shipping
When shipping an articulator and face bow:

Option 1: Remove models from the articulator and wrap each individually.

Option 2: If models remain on the articulator, separate the articulator, wrap each piece individually, and anchor them securely in the box.

The face-bow and other enclosures should also be wrapped separately.
4️⃣ Loose Crowns, Bridges, Implant Parts, Shade Tabs
Place all loose items in a separate small container or sealed plastic bag, and wrap separately to prevent loss or breakage.
5️⃣ Photos or Slides
Place any photos or slides that accompany the case in a plastic bag for protection.
6️⃣ Checklist Reference
Be sure to reference all items you are sending in the checklist section of the RX form.
7️⃣ Pick-Up & Delivery
Call us for pick-up and delivery options.
⚠️ Important Reminder
Proper packing care plays a crucial role in the quality of your case and the service we provide.
Broken models can lead to ill-fitting prosthetics, requiring new impressions and causing inconvenience to you and your patient.
Use extra bubble wrap to fill the box and prevent movement or breakage during shipping.
